SHIPPING INFO
All UK orders are send by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service.
All non UK orders are sent by Royal Mail International tracked service (where available) and can be tracked using your tracking number at www.royalmail.com.
For orders that weigh more than 2kg we may use an alternative tracked courier.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking info or postage reference number. Please check your email junk folder if this doesn’t show in your inbox.
We endeavour to ship orders within 2 working days or receipt unless otherwise stated (ie for pre order items).
Orders containing non pre-order and pre-order items will be sent together with the pre-order according to the stated delivery times of that item.

UK 1-2 working days
EU 4-7 working days
US/CANADA 7-10 working days
REST OF THE WORLD 10-14 working days
All orders are sent to the exact delivery address provided, so please input this mindfully at checkout.
RETURNS
Returns are only offered on faulty or damaged goods (proof must be provided within 14 days of receipt) and will be replaced with the same item unless that is no longer in stock. Refund will only be offered if a replacement is no longer available.
